My journey ~ Greetings from S. Syeda

I start my story with a visionary quote of the best leader of all times which is my favourite.

“Keep your thoughts cleaner than pure water of a running river.”  Imam Ali (A.S)

Our thoughts have an extraordinary influence on the lives we lead. The beliefs we reinforce and the patterns we repeat shape our reality—we become what we consistently think.

My journey of personal growth began during a particularly intense period, when relentless struggles led me to surrender and seek guidance from Divine Intelligence. In that moment, I discovered a profound truth: the higher power is always near—ready to respond when we sincerely seek.

In alignment with the words, “What you seek is seeking you,” I was drawn to the world of personal development. I immersed myself in the wisdom of transformative authors—Napoleon Hill, Sada Hussain, Stephen Covey, Andrew, Dale Carnegie, Zameer Akhtar, Eckhart Tolle, Robin Sharma, Syed Shareef, Louise Hay, Dr. Neeti, Kartika, Syed Ghulam Ali, Subha and Hyder Raza. Each one offered unique insights that helped me gradually rebuild my mindset and reclaim inner peace.

A few years ago, workplace anxiety led me to seek lasting change. That journey introduced me to my mentor, Howard, a renowned hypnotherapist whose guidance helped me break free from negative thought patterns. Inspired by this transformation, I trained in hypnotherapy and earned my diploma with distinction.

With a background in the corporate world, I’ve worked with global teams in high-pressure environments, gaining a deep understanding of both business and human resilience.

Today, I am deeply committed to guiding individuals—especially women and young people—toward rediscovering their inner strength and stepping into their full potential. My passion lies in empowering them to rise above limitations, cultivate self-worth, and lead lives rooted in clarity, confidence, and purpose.

"This is your moment—rise, heal, and reclaim your power.
